What we collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect:

• Your name
• Your business name
• Your email address
• Your phone number

Why we collect it, and our legal basis

• To contact you about Sparky AI's launch and early access — legal basis: consent, given when you join the waitlist.
• To send you occasional product updates — legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time by contacting us.

Cookies and analytics

We do not currently use analytics or tracking cookies on this website beyond what is strictly necessary for it to function. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent via a cookie banner where required by law.

How long we keep your data

We retain your information for as long as needed to contact you about Sparky AI's launch and early access, and in any case no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Third parties

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not currently share your data with any third-party processors beyond what is strictly necessary to operate this website. We will update this policy as Sparky AI's product develops and any new processors are introduced.

International transfers

Where any third-party services we use process data outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
