We do not currently use analytics or tracking cookies on this website beyond what is strictly necessary for it to function. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent via a cookie banner where required by law.
We retain your information for as long as needed to contact you about Sparky AI's launch and early access, and in any case no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

If you sign up as a paying founding member, we also process data about your own customers ("Customer Data") — such as name, phone number, address, job or enquiry details, and message history — strictly to provide the Service to you, using the providers listed above. In that relationship, you are the data controller and Sparky AI is the data processor. The full terms of that processing, including security, breach notification, and deletion on termination, are set out in the Data Processing Agreement included in our Service Agreement, provided at sign-up.
