These terms govern your use of the Sparky AI website and your participation in our waitlist. They are offered by Tom Clarke and Dylan Early, trading as Sparky AI, based in Ireland ("Sparky AI", "we," "us," "our"). By joining the waitlist, you agree to the terms below.

What Sparky AI is

Sparky AI is an AI-powered missed-call handling and calendar booking service for electricians, currently in pre-launch. By joining the waitlist, you are expressing interest in becoming an early customer once the product is live.

Joining the waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and does not commit you to becoming a paying customer.
By submitting your details, you consent to us contacting you about Sparky AI's launch, early access availability, and product updates.
Founding member benefits — including discounted setup and first month pricing — are limited to the first 10 early sign-ups and may close once that limit is reached.
You can ask to be removed from the waitlist at any time by contacting us at team@sparkyai.ie.

No guarantee of launch date

Sparky AI is in active development. While we intend to launch as soon as possible, we make no guarantee of a specific launch date, and features described on this website may change before launch.

Acceptable use

By joining the waitlist you confirm that you will provide accurate information, that you are at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of any business you represent, and that you will not attempt to misuse this website or interfere with its normal operation.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is" during the pre-launch phase. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or participation in the waitlist. These terms will be expanded into a full service agreement once Sparky AI's live product is available to customers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
